What are the care instructions for my fur?

All real fur items should be cleaned by professional fur dry cleaners only. We recommend your fur not coming into direct contact with water however if your fur gets wet in rain/snow please allow fur to dry naturally before storing away.

When your fur arrives, we suggest keeping it hung up to ensure it keeps shape. In the first instance of wearing your fur you may notice loose fur transferring onto your clothing, this can be removed by hand or a lint roller and will only happen on the first couple of wears before loose fur comes off completely.


What is the difference between in stock, pre order and custom orders?

In stock items are ready to be shipped out the same day as ordering if ordered before 3pm Monday-Friday. You can determine if your item is in stock as it will be available for next day dispatch and will say “Add to Bag” on the product page/size option.

Whilst we aim to stock our full collection sizes & styles, our items may sell out quickly which is why we take pre orders on items & sizes that may not be in stock at that time. If your size is out of stock the item will say " Pre Order Item, 7/10 days to be made” on the product page. As soon as your item is ready it will be sent next day delivery and you will get a dispatch email.  

Custom orders are especially made for you. They will take around 10-14 days to be made. They will be dispatched as soon as they are ready and you will receive a dispatch email. Please note, all custom orders are especially made for you and therefore non-refundable or exchangeable.
