Shipping & Returns

This item is 15 WORKING days delivery. The item will start to be made once your order has been placed. The item will then run through a quality check and will lastly be posted via Parcelforce. You will only receive your tracking number once the timeframe is nearly up.

We use Parcelforce courier for UK and DHL courier for International deliveries. 

We offer next day delivery on in stock orders* within the UK if ordered by 10am. 
• Orders placed before 10am Monday to Friday will be delivered next working day, orders placed after 10am  will be delivered within 2 days. 
• Orders placed after 10am on Friday will be delivered on Tuesday unless the Saturday delivery option has been chosen. 

*Excludes custom orders as these are custom made for you and can take up to 15 days to arrive.

*Excludes pre orders as these are due into delivery within 15 days.

All deliveries must be signed for & are sent tracked delivery so we can ensure you have received your item.

 

 

Tax and Duties
